In the Aastra 1560ip version, the PC telephone is already integrated. The variant Aastra 1560 is used in conjunction with an Aastra 5300 system phone or the 602d/650c DECT phone.
On the PC monitor the user has at a glance who is calling, internally engaged or out of the office –and when he/she will be back, or who has transferred his/her telephone to a deputy or to the voice box.
If several calls are waiting the most important can be selected directly. If a subscriber is busy, the deputy can be selected, a text message to the telephone or even an e-mail can be sent.
With the link to Microsoft Exchange, additional calendar information is available when connecting calls. This absence information permits an even more customer-friendly support.
