Suicom CMG Visit manages four steps:
1. Visit preparation
2. Welcome and registration
3. Internal hosting
4. Reporting
All steps are highly integrated and based on the same visit information. Implementing CMG in your office will increase the efficiency, productivity and service orientation.
The instant you have agreed to meet at your office the visit preparation starts. The office user only has to register basic information about the scheduled meeting in the Visit module in the Suicom CMG Office Web. e.g. The registered information such as where, when, with whom and for how long the visit will take place, will automatically be integrated into the Suicom CMG database and is instantly available to the attendant and to the host of the visitor(s).
Upon arrival, visitors will feel a warm welcome when greeted by name by the receptionist. Registering on the visitor self registration terminal is easy including time of arrival, cars in company parking etc. Printing of visitors’ badges can be done. Notification (e-mail and SMS) of arrived visitor(s) will automatically be sent to the host. When a visitor or a group of visitors exits the company the support for bar code reader will enable quick sign out from the company.
