With the PM profiles that are integrated into the Snapware solution each user can define how he can be reached by which caller. Each user can create his own forwarding rules that are either valid for one caller, a group of callers or all calls. For each user one destination can be defined to which the call shall be routed.
In Connection with the Telesnap Calendar Server the PM profiles can automatically activated by entries in your Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes or Novell GroupWise calendar.
With its powerful CTI options and different integration options into other systems Snapware is a high end CTI tool. SnapDial can be integrated into nearly every system.
For caller identification different databases can be used. For example you can use:
- LDAP
- Microsoft Outlook
- Lotus Notes
- Novell GroupWise
- ODBC
- TwixTel
- KlickTel CD
- Aastra CMG
- SAP (with the Telesnap SAP Connector)
With the integrated call journal which is stored either in Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes or a text file you always have an overview of your calls. The journal is also updated when the client is not running.
With different interfaces of the Snapware Client you can control 3rd party systems from your SnapDial client, e.g. with the WebCRM button integrated in your team bar you can open any browser based application and you can pass parameters from your caller identification to this application.
